Our story

A folding table at the farmers market, then a storefront on the square.

Camille started selling sourdough from a card table in 2019. By the second summer the line wrapped the tent, and by 2022 the ovens had a permanent address on Old Towne square. We still mill part of our flour, still hand-shape every loaf, and still sell out of cinnamon rolls before ten.

From the neighborhood

What the Saturday line says.

“I ordered a two-tier caramel cake for my mother's 80th through the website on a Tuesday and picked it up Friday. It looked exactly like the sketch they sent and tasted better than it looked.”

Denise W.Olive Branch

“The Saturday line is real. Get there before eight if you want a cinnamon roll. Worth it every single week.”

Jordan T.Southaven

“We switched our café to their sourdough and focaccia in the spring. Consistent every delivery, and customers ask where the bread comes from.”

Priya R., café ownerHernando

Anything else? Call (662) 555-0147 or email the bakery.

Can I order online?

You can build an order on this site and send it to us as an inquiry. We confirm availability and pickup time by text or email within one business day. Payment is at pickup, or by invoice for wholesale and large orders. No card is charged online.

How far ahead do I need to order?

Breads, pastries, and cookies are walk-in daily. Whole cakes need 48 hours. Custom and tiered cakes need 7 to 14 days depending on the design, and holiday weeks book out early.

Do you make gluten-free or vegan items?

Yes. Look for the tags on the menu. Gluten-free items are baked in dedicated pans, but our kitchen mills wheat flour daily, so we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact for celiac customers.

Do you deliver?

Wholesale accounts get delivery Tuesday through Saturday before 7 a.m. across DeSoto County and Collierville. Retail orders are pickup only, but we will walk a cake to your car.

What sells out first?

Cinnamon rolls and croissants, usually by 10 a.m. on Saturdays. Pre-order by Thursday to guarantee them.
